Automatic through-hole insertion of radial and axial components using Universal Instruments (USA) and TDK (Japan) machines, supported by manual-insert lines for non-standard parts.
PCB assembly with Korean-made wave and selective wave soldering, on 32-metre PCB lines.
Final assembly through to finished goods, including functional testing on dedicated jigs and software injection before packing.
Capacity per process and dedicated lines (Smart Water Meter, Bobbin, Automotive).
